This Privacy Policy explains how allData Sundsvall (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you download, install, or use the LastHUD desktop application (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide and maintain the Service, we may collect the following information:

a. Account and Subscription Data

  • Name, email address, and payment details (processed via Stripe)
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Account usage and subscription details
  • License type (Personal, Studio, Creator, or Partner)

b. Hardware & Device Information

  • Hardware identification (Hardware IDs)
  • IP addresses
  • Device and system information necessary to enforce licenses and seats

c. Payment information

  • Payment data is processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details; Stripe handles all sensitive payment information securely.

d. Usage Data

The Service might collect the following to improve the Service and detect fraud or abuse:

  • App usage statistics
  • Local server interactions (used only for HUD functionality and license enforcement)
  • Crash reports
2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • To process subscriptions, payments, and license management
  • To enforce license restrictions (seat limits, Personal/Creator/Studio/Partner licenses)
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraudulent or abusive activity
  • To communicate important updates, notices, or Service changes
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
3. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Internal allData services (for support, billing, or licensing enforcement)
  • Law enforcement or legal entities if required by law
4. Data Retention
  • Account and subscription data is retained for the duration of your active subscription, plus any period required by law
  • Hardware IDs, IP addresses, and usage logs are retained as necessary to enforce licenses and prevent abuse
  • Users may request deletion of personal data at any time (see Section 5)
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Opt out of certain data collection where legally permitted

6. Security

This service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or have obtained parental consent to use the Service. If a child under 13 provides personal data, we may collect it as part of normal operation, but we request that parents contact us (contact@akkeoh.com) to delete any personal information collected from their child.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users may be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes that the user accepts the updated Privacy Policy.
